That this House notes that many of the public services that will potentially come under the terms of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) are competencies of the devolved governments of Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland; further notes that the terms of TTIP could potentially significantly influence the ability of the devolved governments to manage public services under their respective responsibilities; and calls on the Government to ensure that the devolved governments and national parliaments have a formal, binding role and veto in the ratification of TTIP by the Government.
