That this House congratulates Heriot-Watt University on marking the 10th anniversary of the opening of its Dubai campus; understands that Heriot Watt was the first international university to open a campus in Dubai International Academic City; notes that the Dubai campus has grown from 120 students in 2005 to almost 4,000 students from over 100 countries in 2015; highlights Heriot-Watt University's continued commitment to promoting Scottish Higher Education excellence on an international stage; and wishes the Dubai campus and its students continued growth and success for years to come.
