That this House congratulates the Kyle of Sutherland Development Trust on receiving an Awards for All grant of £5,800; welcomes the funding that will enable the group to introduce a 12-month cultural programme of workshops and live events to provide opportunities for communities and individuals to engage in music and entertainment; and commends the Trust on the work it already undertakes to build strength and unity in the local community through its range of projects that includes increasing leisure and outdoor activities for community residents and visitors, delivering support to local businesses and industries, and increasing education and training opportunities throughout the Kyle of Sutherland area to encourage skills and personal development.
