That this House deplores and condemns the actions of Republican US Presidential candidate, Donald Trump, as he appeared to mock New York Times journalist Serge Kovaleski during a rally; notes, on the basis of his impairment, that Mr Kovaleski has arthrogryposis which limits his arm movements; further notes that Mr Trump has denied knowing Mr Kovaleski, despite documented meetings taking place in the 1980s and 1990s when the journalist reported on Mr Trump's business dealings; and agrees that nobody seeking any level of public office should condone or display any form of demeaning, degrading or discriminatory behaviour towards disabled people.
