That this House commemorates the 75th anniversary of the Blitz in Coventry; remembers the many hundreds of people who lost their lives in the city during the Luftwaffe bombing campaign; acknowledges the spirit of the people of Coventry throughout that time and the current status of the city as a city of peace and reconciliation; notes and congratulates the city for the large memorial event held at Coventry Cathedral on 14 November 2015; and further notes the importance of continued reflection to preserve the memories of those who lost their lives.
