That this House welcomes the launch of the Give Art Glasgow project, an initiative led by local artists in Glasgow to provide arts and creative materials to children and young people who rely on food banks; notes the collaboration between the project and the Greater Maryhill Food Bank in Glasgow, which has seen huge interest from community members who use the food bank, and from the wider public who have donated materials to the project; looks forward to a time when food banks are no longer needed in society; and recognises the legacy projects such as Give Art will leave by encouraging and inspiring future generations to express themselves through art.
