That this House congratulates Ayr Racecourse on gaining a Five Star Visitor Attraction Award from VisitScotland, in recognition of its outstanding standards; acknowledges the hard work carried out by staff at the Racecourse in welcoming more than 100,000 visitors to racing fixtures and hospitality events in the past year; recognises the Racecourse's reputation for providing some of the finest hospitality at any sporting venue in the UK; notes this accolade has previously been bestowed upon Kirkoswald's Whisky Experience and Whisky Shop, Dumfries House and the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum, among others; and commends the efforts made by venues across Ayrshire to provide tourists and other visitors with a five star experience.
