Lochgelly Community Christmas Lights

That this House commends Lochgelly Community Development Forum for voluntarily undertaking a range of projects which seek to benefit the local community in Lochgelly; recognises that this forum is successful thanks to the significant contribution made by an extremely dedicated team of volunteers; congratulates the forum and its volunteers on their success in raising funds to display Christmas lights each year in Lochgelly; praises the forum for the work it undertakes to develop and improve this display, which lies at the heart of local festival celebrations, each year; acknowledges that this annual fundraising activity engenders an unparalleled sense of community spirit and cohesion within the community of Lochgelly; notes that the Christmas light display is dependent upon the generous donations of local people and organisations; and looks forward to the culmination of the forum's efforts this year through the Christmas light switch-on taking place on 25 November 2015.
