Human Rights Violations In Kashmir And The Right Of The People Of Kashmir To Determine Their Own Future

That this House condemns all systematic human rights violations committed in Kashmir; believes that the views of the people of Kashmir are paramount in determining how they are governed and who shall govern them; and calls on the governments of India and Pakistan to recognise that the Kingdom of Kashmir belongs to the people of Kashmir and only they can determine their future.
