That this House invites the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) to state who authorised its media briefing on 9 September 2015 on IPSA and hon. Members, to name the most senior member of staff involved in that decision and to state whether that briefing was made by a member of staff or by a paid agent.
