That this House congratulates Cardonald Primary School on reaching its 50th anniversary; notes the history of the predecessor schools serving the children of the area, including Cardonald School and Angus Oval Primary School, and the students and parents that have passed through the school over the last five decades; acknowledges the work done by Cardonald Primary Parents' Council in marking this milestone in the school's history; and celebrates the place of Cardonald and Halfway in the histories of Glasgow and Renfrewshire over the centuries.
