160th Anniversary Of The Birth Of William Massey

That this House recognises the exceptional achievements of William Ferguson Massey of Limavady, County Londonderry, during his lifetime; notes his role as 19th Prime Minister of New Zealand, 1912 - 1925, and founder of the Reform Party; highlights his belief in the strong bond between New Zealand and the UK which should always be preserved; and calls on the House to celebrate the culture, friendships and history created between our nations by outstanding leaders such as Massey.
