That this House recognises the need for equal availability and formatting of Scottish country definitive stamps; notes that at present regular first and second class stamps are available in self-adhesive booklet form; further notes that country definitive stamps should be available in the same format as regular postage stamps to encourage their use, in particular with regards to the tourist industry; and believes that the Royal Mail has a responsibility to ensure that country definitive stamps are available in the same format as regular postage stamps.
