That this House congratulates Panda's Kitchen of Huddersfield on being named as winner of the Test Town 2016 competition; notes that Karen's Cakes and Maley's Artisan Chocolates, both of Falkirk, were named as runners up; believes that the £10,000 and £1,000 prizes represent a significant improvement in these fledgling businesses; commends all 12 finalists and wishes them all the best for the future; and greatly appreciates the efforts of all involved in the Carnegie UK Test Town competition, which was hosted on the Saltmarket and the Briggait in Glasgow.
