That this House notes that the people of Botley in Eastleigh have been campaigning for a by-pass for many years; further notes that the historic centre of Botley village is an Air Quality Management Area; and calls on the Government to work with Hampshire County Council and Solent Local Enterprise Partnership to realise the ambition of the people of Botley and the surrounding areas and build the Botley by-pass which is so badly needed.
