That this House notes that the Reverend Ken Clapham is the vicar at St Cuthbert's in Over Kellet and is known by parishioners as the Bishop of the Moon; further notes that Colonel James B Irwin and General Charles Duke have visited St Cuthbert's; further notes that the Bishop of the Moon does much work in the local community to educate young people about space; and calls on the Government to roll out this programme so that young people beyond St Cuthbert's Parish can learn about space.
