That this House congratulates Edinburgh on winning the Gold Award in the large city category of the Royal Horticultural Society's Britain in Bloom Awards 2013; welcomes the competition's focus on improving communal gardens, parks and natural spaces in Edinburgh; further welcomes the involvement of local schools and residents in the promotion of recycling and environmental awareness; and commends the hard work and talents of every aspect of the community who made the award possible.
