That this House congratulates Otley Rotary Club as it celebrates 80 years of successful fundraising; applauds all presidents and members past and present for their strong efforts in raising money for a great variety of national and international charities; commends the hard work of the men and women who founded the club in 1933 and began many years of successful work; praises the continued success of the annual dinner as a celebration of the charter of its foundation; welcomes the upcoming Charter Dinner that brings together several Rotary Clubs in the Yorkshire District; further congratulates the initiative illustrated by all members in their fundraising ideas and variety in choice of charities across the world to enrich compassion and understanding for a multitude of causes including recent fundraising for charities helping communities in Africa; and expresses its commitment to ensuring that groups such as the Otley Rotary Club are supported and appreciated for their tireless volunteering.
