That this House congratulates Leeds Rhinos and England Rugby League captain Kevin Sinfield on winning the 2012 Golden Boot Award as the world's best Rugby League player; recognises Mr Sinfield as only the fourth British man to win the award; notes the tremendous achievements of Mr Sinfield in 2012 including winning the World Club Challenge against the Manly Sea Eagles, a sixth Super League title in nine years at Leeds Rhinos as well as collecting the Harry Sunderland Trophy as man of the match, reaching the Challenge Cup Final and leading England to victory over France and Wales in the Autumn International Series; acknowledges Mr Sinfield's important contributions to his club and country and his ongoing commitment to the development of Rugby League; further notes that he is a fantastic role model for young Rugby League fans, promoting the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and discipline on and off the field; wishes him and the Leeds Rhinos team the best of luck for the upcoming Super League season and the England team for the 2013 Rugby League World Cup; and hopes that Kevin Sinfield will be recognised with an honour in the Queen's Birthday Honours List.
