That this House congratulates Lothian Buses on its recent success at the Vision in Business for the Environment of Scotland (VIBES) Awards 2012; notes that the company was among 34 companies shortlisted this year; values the awards as a way to recognise businesses which achieve measurable reductions in their environmental impacts; welcomes and applauds the reductions to environmental impacts which Lothian Buses has achieved through sustainable transport approaches such as the use of hybrid vehicles; and encourages other companies to follow the example set by Lothian Buses to contribute to a greener community.
