That this House notes the decision of the BBC to close its multi-broadcast studio located in the National Media Museum in Bradford; recognises the importance of this facility in covering local news across television, radio and the internet; further recognises the important role the studio plays as part of the visitor experience at the National Media Museum; expresses concern that this will leave Bradford as the largest city in the country not served directly by the BBC; and calls on the BBC to reverse its decision and retain a multi-broadcast studio in Bradford, based at the National Media Museum.
