That this House welcomes the visit of the Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono to the UK from 31 October to 2 November 2012; further welcomes the steps that have been taken to restore democracy in Indonesia since 1998; and urges the Indonesian government to take further steps to increase transparency on human rights issues, religious freedom, the rule of law and the right to self-determination of people in the provinces of Papua and West Papua.
