That this House notes the completion of the digital switchover throughout the UK; further notes that the BBC Ceefax service has now ceased broadcasting as an analogue service; acknowledges that the service was informative and easy to use for many people, particularly older viewers; and calls on the BBC to ensure that the digital text service is as comprehensive, speedy and user-friendly as the Ceefax service.
