That this House congratulates Portsmouth Supporters' Trust on taking control of Portsmouth FC; wishes the Trust, the staff and the players the best of luck over the coming years; looks forward to the club regaining its status as a stalwart of English football through successful future campaigns; and hopes that this will be a precedent to enable other supporters' trusts throughout the country to follow suit and put football clubs back in the hands of the supporters.
