That this House notes that the Most Reverend Archbishop Kelly has resigned from his post as the Archbishop of Liverpool; further notes that Archbishop Emeritus Kelly was born in Morecambe and ordained in Rome in 1962; further notes that Archbishop Emeritus Kelly celebrated 50 years as a priest in 2012; and calls on the Government to thank Archbishop Kelly for his long service.
