La Mon

EDM number 1125 in 2012-13, proposed by Jim Shannon on 27/02/2013.
Categorised under the topics of Death, Terrorism and Western Europe.

That this House recalls the La Mon atrocity with deep sadness; is concerned that no one has been held accountable for the 12 murders and 30 people severely injured; and requests that the Historical Enquiries Team in Northern Ireland under the direction of the Secretary of State makes available all intelligence to the La Mon victims group in a fashion similar to the sharing of intelligence for the de Silva investigation and reviews the evidence and intelligence to ensure that justice is served and there is a form of closure for the families of those who were killed and the survivors who live today with the horrific physical and emotional scars of that horrific bombing.
