Scratch Card Prizes In Harlow Constituency
EDM number 1099 in 2012-13, proposed by Robert Halfon on 25/02/2013.
Categorised under the topic of National Lottery.
That this House notes reports in The Sun on Sunday suggesting that there are potentially thousands of instant scratch cards still on sale for which the jackpot has already been won and which therefore mislead people about the prizes on offer; urges lottery operator Camelot to write publicly to the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport with a full explanation; and further urges Camelot to come clean and to admit if any redundant scratch cards have been sold in Harlow constituency after the main prize has been won.
This motion has been signed by a total of 8 MPs.
