That this House wholeheartedly supports the We Want to Work campaign run by the North West Evening Mail; commends the enthusiasm and application of jobseekers from South Cumbria who are taking part; notes that success has already been achieved as a result of the campaign's call for local businesses to help provide youngsters with pathways into long-term employment; further notes the barriers to employment in rural areas which make supportive schemes like this even more crucial; and calls on the Government to ensure that the campaign and other similar projects enjoy its full backing.
