That this House congratulates Sonia McColl for organising the national Park Home Owners Justice Campaign lobby on 3 November 2010; welcomes the Government's commitment to residential property tribunals; believes that access to justice without having to go to court will be very helpful for park home owners to resolve certain disputes with park home site owners; but believes that further protection and legislation will be required as residential tribunals will not stop park home site owners from interfering with the sale of park homes.
