That this House welcomes the young people of the UK to the Palace of Westminster for the second UK Youth Parliament debate in the House of Commons chamber on 29 October 2010; agrees that the wide and diverse agenda for debate and discussion is of great importance to parliamentarians when seeking to understand and engage with the young people within their communities of hon. Members; and hopes that the people involved, regardless of age, gender or background, enjoy the experience normally only afforded to hon. Members.
