That this House congratulates the 55,000 volunteers who assist the National Trust in a wide range of jobs, as varied as running Trust shops and drystone walling; notes that the Trust has around 300 local associations who engage in fundraising, plus many friends groups who directly support specific adopted properties; and calls on all hon. and right hon. Members to support the National Trust.
