That this House notes with grave concern the failure of any Minister to attend the recent Pensioners' Parliament held at Blackpool, apparently because of a three-line whip; further notes the right hon. Member for Wallasey found time to attend on behalf of the official opposition; and applauds the work of the Pensioners' Parliament in campaigning on behalf ofelderly people in the UK.
