That this House welcomes the Final Agreement of the 2010 Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Review Conference and the commitment of the nuclear weapon states to undertake further efforts to reduce and ultimately eliminate all types of nuclear weapons; further welcomes the call for a necessary framework to achieve and maintain a world without nuclear weapons and the promotion of a nuclear weapons convention; notes the growing support for such a convention since the vote by 125 states in a 2006 UN General Assembly vote; and calls on the Government actively to support the negotiation of a nuclear weapons convention to outlaw all nuclear weapons.
