That this House recognises the outstanding service provided byRefugee and Migrant Justice (RMJ)and expresses regret at its recent closure; notes that the Legal Services Commission (LSC)is ensuring that existing clients of the organisation continue to have proper advice and representation; expresses concern that the LSC may experience delays in finding providers to take onRMJ's 10,000 cases; and calls on the Home Office to prevent any planned removals of people who have been unable to access legal advice following the closure of RMJ.
