Pensions Savings

That this House recognises thatin the last three years the amounts that people across the UK have been saving in ISAs has been increasing while the amounts saved in pensions has been declining significantly; and calls on the Government to address the issue of the declining interest in long-term pension savings by a comprehensive analysis of the reasons behind this and an urgent introduction of simplified pension schemes that the public will participate in and benefit from.
