That this House recognises the significant improvement in the standing of football in Northern Ireland; acknowledges the considerable improvement in women's football; the fact that the CIS League Cup Final on Saturday between Coleraine and Crusaders had to have additional temporary seating provided such was the demand for tickets and the fact that there are currently five managers who were born in Northern Ireland in the Premier Leagues in England and Scotland; and expresses the hope that the newly appointed manager of the Northern Ireland team Michael O'Neill will bring further success to the current home international champions.
