That this House recognises the considerable detrimental impact that the current level of airport duty is having on the UK airline industry, regional airports andbusiness and leisure travellers; and calls on the Chancellor of the Exchequer urgently to review the scale and extent of the duty, particularly in light of the level of duties currently being implemented by other countries.
