That this House welcomes Race Online 2012's Give an Hour Campaign; supports the campaign's aim of getting the 30 million people who use the internet every day to give an hour when the clocks go back to help those who arenot online discover the benefits of the internet; notes that internet access is now possible on a range of devices both fixed and mobile; and congratulatesRace Online 2012 and its partners, including the BBC, UK online centres, Post Office, Age UK, Jobcentre Plus, the Scout Association, Sky and Three, on their work to mobilise a national network of digital champions from amongst their staff, clients and customers.
