That this House notes the good work of the prison officers at Lancaster Farms Young Offender Institute, many of whom are constituents of the hon. Member for Morecambe and Lunesdale; further notes their anger management vocational and educationalprogrammes are ensuring young offenders are better equipped to integrate into society once they have served their sentences; and calls on the Government to hold this example up as best practice.
