That this House congratulates India on winning the 2011 Cricket World Cup and acknowledges that India was the best team in the tournament and played excellent cricket throughout; further congratulates M S Dhoni, India's captain, on an exceptional performance in the final against Sri Lanka; and acknowledges the huge contribution to Indian cricket of Sachin Tendulkar and congratulates him on achieving that previously elusive World Cup winners medal.
