That this House welcomes the success of India in its victory at the Cricket World Cup semi-final; notes the historic importance of the match between India and Pakistan, which was watched by more than a billion people; further notes the significance of the Indian and Pakistani prime ministers meeting at the match, the first time since the Mumbai terrorist attacks of 2008; and furtherwelcomes the fact that the spirit of `cricket democracy' becomes an integral part of the countries' bilateral relations.
