That this House believes in encouraging entrepreneurship; welcomes recommendations from the Federation of Small Businesses to encourage people to set up their own businesses in the light of high levels of unemployment; and calls on the Government to introduce enterprise zones as a means of generating new businesses and to strengthen the New Enterprise Allowance so that it is available to all potential applicants who want to start up a business as soon as they start claiming jobseeker's allowance.
