That this House notes the creation in May 2010 of the Investment Programme Advisory Group by the Government and the Mayor of London comprising of independent industry experts who scrutinise the investment programme of Transport for London;further notes that the Mayor of London believes the accountability of Transport for London has been further strengthened by this recent establishment; and calls on the Government to insist that all work carried out by the Investment Programme Advisory Group is open, transparent and fully available to the public.
