That this House notes with alarm the collapse of Crown Currency Exchange which was placed in administration in October 2010; expresses grave concern at the regulatory failures of the Financial Services Authority, the alleged failure of Barclays Bank to act sooner which could have prevented further millions of pounds being lost by the clients of Crown Currency Exchange, the role of directors of Crown Currency Exchange and their involvement in the Benstead network of companies; and calls on the Government to take urgent action to secure the interests of investors.
