That this House believes that it is important that blind people have access to information and particularly local news; notes that Ceredigion Talking Newspaper, the first talking newspaper in the UK, will celebrate its 40th anniversary in January 2010; pays tribute to Ronald Sturt who introduced the concept of talking newspapers to the UK after seeing them used in Sweden; and thanks all those who have volunteered to produce talking newspapers for their contribution to the blind community.
