That this House proudly joins in celebrating Commonwealth Day 2010; acknowledges the continued successes to emerge out of the network of 54 Commonwealth countries and its two billion citizens of all faiths and ethnicities; particularly notes this year's theme of Science, Technology and Society in recognition of ongoing research across the partnerships that continue to enhance knowledge, understanding and progress in the world; looks forward to working together with all Commonwealth countries in a spirit of co-operation, partnership and understanding towards shared goals in democracy and development; and wishes that the Commonwealth network may long continue.
