That this House congratulates the biomedical scientists from the UK and Canada who have re-programmed skin fibroblast cells to produce stem cells, which will help them in their endeavours in regenerative medicine; and calls on the Government to increase funding for such creative and innovative pursuits as part of rebalancing the economy.
