Distance Selling Regulations

EDM number 954 in 2008-09, proposed by John Hemming on 03/03/2009.
Categorised under the topics of Consumers and Service industries.

That this House notes that there is some confusion as to whether or not the distance selling regulations apply to a transaction, where a contract to purchase goods has been agreed over the internet, but the goods are collected from a shop; and calls on the Government to clarify that they do apply in that situation.

This motion has been signed by a total of 13 MPs.
