Congestion Charge Payment Machines

That this House deplores the announcement by Capita that it is to remove the congestion charge payment machine from the House of Commons on 3 April, and all other congestion charge payment machines of this type across London; calls on the House authorities to prevail upon Capita to retain this facility on the Parliamentary Estate; and urges the Secretary of State for Transport to make urgent representations to Capita not to remove similar machines elsewhere in the capital.
