That this House warmly welcomes the progress which has been made in developing a purpose-built arena in Leeds city centre which will finally attract the biggest names in entertainment and events to the city; commends Leeds City Council for the vision it has shown in making this project happen and Yorkshire Forward for its support; and looks forward to the completion of the arena and the city of Leeds finally having a world class entertainment venue in the heart of the city, which will make such a positive difference to Leeds and the surrounding region.
